4 month old baby smelly bellybutton

My 4 month old sons belly button stinks! It looks fine, no swelling etc but it smells a lot.

What could it be?

Just needs cleaning, use a cotton bud in there after a bath... babies are a bit gross and accumulate loads of stinky build up in there!
