Not joking..
Beautiful baby boy born end of May.... he is breastfeeding every 30 minutes in between pooing and peeing and winding! Literally hours go by and all I have managed is the above!

How the heck do I get stuff done?

Congratulations!

Don't worry about getting stuff done. It's fine to sit around in your pjs all day while you have a young baby, if that's what you want to do. These weeks will fly by and before you know it he'll be napping longer, and will be able to be entertained by a toy or two while you do any housework etc that you want to.

If you do actually want to get up and out then organisation is key. Have outfits ready and bags packed the night before. Feed, change and run out the house before anything else can get in the way. Housework can be done in tiny amounts with baby in a sling or bouncer. But really, don't feel as if you HAVE to be doing any of these things. You certainly don't.
