Swimming lessons

Sorry if TMI but I was looking to start taking my little one to swimming lessons, she’s currently 9 weeks

The thing that’s putting me off is that ever since the birth I seem to have a little incontinence Blush

I had a forceps birth and while everything seems to have healed ok this is still a problem for me. It’s nit as bad as it was but if I need the loo then I need the loo, or if I do much as think ‘I’m gonna go to the loo’ then it’s an overwhelming need to go immediately and sometimes I end up leaking on the way Blush

I’m at the hospital again at the end of June to discuss whether there are any issues like this, but in the meantime I don’t want it to affect my time with my daughter but I don’t know how to get round it for something like swimming!

Any help or advice much appreciated!!
