Pinions · 06/07/2007 18:54

Have just bathed, calpolled, boobied, cuddled, chatted and sung to T, after his injections, bless.

oooggs · 06/07/2007 18:56

when we eventually get an awning for own caravan we are hoping to go to Tenby way - so I expect a full report we normal just pop down into Cornwall (Obviously) and love it so Pembrokshire sounds great

Used to go St Davids way as a kid and went to broadhaven with dp and sprogs a couple years ago, it is really nice, some lovely beaches - busy ones and lovely quiet sandy ones if you know where to look! Will be sure to post some pics when we get back and tell you where all the best beaches are! Broadhaven south is fab, national trust so you have to pay (not much) and down steps but gorgeous open sandy beach with hardly anyone there, or wasnt when we went!

Pesha · 06/07/2007 19:06

Well they told me they'd send me another appointment, i think they only do jabs every 4 weeks spo he will be 1 set behind iyswim

With ours you can just go whenever you want, i think? The nurse is there every day, I suppose it just depends on your docs.

Anyway I think the weather is supposed to be picking up now, so am really crossing my fingers for you.........

liath · 06/07/2007 19:16

pesha, we had a lovely holiday on the Llyn penninsula last year (the first time I've ever been to Wales). Have a lovely time.

Low fat muffins
1 tbsp cocoa powder
100g SR flour
half tsp baking powder
50g caster sugar
100ml skim milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Mix dry ingredients then beat milk, egg & oil together and mix into flour etc. Bake at 170 degrees for around 15-20 mins.

Just reading the march thread on losing weight. Am I alone in this or is anyone else bothering yet???

Pinions · 06/07/2007 19:17

Wow good timing liath!!

liath · 06/07/2007 19:20

!

So far I'm relying on ds sucking me dry for weight loss.

Poor dd - we're off to a wedding tomorrow & I was telling her about it this evening & getting her to help me pack. She has no concept of time - put her to bed at 7pm and I can still hear her over the monitor "Wake up mummy! Time for the wedding!" If she keeps it up we won't be going - it's a 3 hour drive and I'm not doing it on no sleep.

Pinions · 06/07/2007 19:24

Um thats what i keep thinking.....just suck the fat right out of me purlease!

Apparently when you get to 6 months still bf the weight can really drop off you, still holding out for that one.

The hardest thing it think is to stay motivated but my strong iron will power (yeh right) will keep me going this time.

And thanks for the recipe BTW would love to give that a go, have never baked in my life. Do a lot of cooking but not baking as such .

Pinions · 06/07/2007 19:25

And where are the two most hardened MN'ers Ellie and Dippy hiding???

JoMa · 06/07/2007 19:29
