I have just been told that I have an over active Thyroid, which is apparently common in women who had Gestational Diabetes.. I am now waiting to have an ultra sound and meet with a specialists .. I have been researching online (to my own detriment) and it says that it can drop off after 12 months...has anyone had this and can you advise me on what to expect?I'm.so worried about it effecting my fertility and bring put on medication, which will mean stopping breast feeding. My LO is 5 months, but was hoping to nurse up until at least 6 months 😥 any advice would be amazing xxx
