Trying to conceive while breastfeeding

Has anyone tried to conceive while exclusively breastfeeding? What did you do to make it happen? Periods haven't returned yet so I'm kinda in limbo about how to try

Hi I'm thinking the same! Although I'm not planning on starting to try yet as baby is only 4 weeks old but I want to start trying at the end of this year
