8 week old has had Diarrhea for about 3 days now, I spoke to a dr yesterday who said to keep an eye on him and give him little bits of water on top of breastfeeding to rehydrate him. He was given infant gaviscon a week ago for suspected reflux, I don't know what to do, he doesn't seem to have a temperature?
