Bathing baby in the sink

Hello, I'm expecting a baby in April and have a flower-shaped baby bath cushion I would like to use in the bathroom sink.

Does anyone use a cushion in the sink and if so does my sink (pic attached) look suitable?

It doesn't look very big or deep. Kitchen sink?

Well you could try it and see. It is difficult to tell from a picture. The tap could be a pain.

I used to wash mine in a washing up bowl. I bought it specifically for that purpose I didn't dunk them in the kitchen one!
