no prob octo
Hi ange
hi sokl
pinions - have no probs here with road safety, but answering back, slamming doors, "I don't want to" and generally being horrible except with dt's (which is a slight blessing) he is 3 going on 13. He is really pushing it and testing my patience - which has run out trying really hard to like him love him to bits, oh and reverted to wetting himself - alot trying to deal with that carefully aswell. And to think in 3 years time I will have it doubled

On a positive note I am seeing the physio tomorrow am for my shot through tummy (lack of) muscles and dts are sticking to a good daytime and bedtime routine - hurray

Sexonknackeredlegs · 19/06/2007 21:46

Ange fabulous!

Hi Ooogs. God we are having a shit time of it with our older children. Becky is the same, in that she is lovely with Katie.

Right, I am off to bed, as I think we are in for a rough ride.

Nigh night lovelies. See you tomorrow. xx

AngeG · 19/06/2007 21:47

Yeah my first thread!

Hi oooggs - Hope physio goes well tomorrow. Great that DTs are sticking to good routines. I'm very

Better go Izzy really misreable tonight...she's got a cold and is very unhappy.

Night all xx

sorry to put a downer on this thread but the title is bound to cause offence, plus we'll get hauled over the coals for the spelling mistake (should be "barren")
Can't be too careful

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 21:53

Ange, hope Izzy is feeling better soon, is the cold affecting her feeding?

AngeG · 19/06/2007 21:53

Sorry guys my fault shouldn't have tried to do it whilst Izzy was screaming...shall I try again? Any other non-offensive ideas for a title?

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 21:54

But you've probably gone.. as you already mentioned!

AngeG · 19/06/2007 21:54

Yes it is Katy...she is feeding little and often.

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 21:55

No...my brain is fried
Something about the lack of Ellie and Dippy? Come back we miss you?

AngeG · 19/06/2007 21:55

no still here. Can you do another thread Katy? Please?

OP posts:
Katy44 · 19/06/2007 21:56

At least she is feeding that's something, must be really stressful for you tho

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 21:56

Hey you can do it
Lost your confidence now I've shot your new thread down in flames

AngeG · 19/06/2007 21:58

Blarrghh you're going too fast for me again!! Computer is playing up at the moment so I haven't been on much. Have also realised that I have 6 more weeks of maternity leave left and sooooo much I want to do!

Thanks for the tips re wipes everyone.

Mammyjo - sorry to hear you are having rows with DH. This early-baby time is such a trying time for relationships isn't it.

Pinions - sorry you are having a crap time too. My DD1 is totally un road-savvy and it's very, very stressful. I'm sure you are a brilliant mum!

Have been cooing over the lovely photos! Will try to send some myself but not tonight as I'd better go to bed before I turn into a pumkin!

Night all - sending sleepy vibes your way (and your LOs way!)

Bramshott · 19/06/2007 22:00

God it's a minefield! Ange - you are fab and your thread title made me laugh. But we'd probably better do another one - let's do it in the morning. xxxxx

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 22:03

I'm so sorry Ange, didn't mean to upset you at all
I'll quickly do one now

kittywits · 19/06/2007 22:03

Hi message for Elkie! thanks for asking and yes is is on living 2 'home grown babies' ( daft title). I did one for discovery last time and the person filmimg asked if I wanted to do it again. I just love getting my bum out for the masses . Hope everything's going ok with you

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 22:05

completely bland, innofensive, humourless new thread here - but AFAIK spelling is perfect :)

Katy44 · 19/06/2007 22:05

apart from inoffensive

Still can't get that right

maveta · 20/06/2007 08:24

damn.. that´ll teach me not to read all posts befor posting!

Not quite managed to catch up but want to post before N wakes up. All in all a pretty good night. He didn´t sleep til 11.30pm despite our best efforts but then slept til 5am. Took about 2 hours to settle him during which I lay half asleep on the sofa with him on my chest (this was an attempt to save dh from the dinosaur snuffling and let him sleep) and has then slep soundly from7am to 9am..and i only woke at8.30am so all in all a good sleep was had by all..

feeding him now then aat10am we´re off to the pool. It´s a good 30min walk uphill so i´ve decided it should be my daily exercise routine combined with a bit of sun..an hour´s walk a day isn´t a bad start, right?? Really feel like i need to start making the effort to shift a bit of this excess flab now. Reckon i´m 3/4 to 1 stone over my pre preg weight and with this one approaching 2 months the excuses are going to start wearing thin.. my mum bought a silver cross pram (don´t ask..but one of the really old huuuge ones) and she wanted to take him to tthe pool in that yesterday...well guess who actually ended up pushing the bloody great hulking thing?! Now THAT was a workout!! And i felt a right twat taking a pram like that to the pool.. will be making a great show of my actual pram today..lol
