We had a bad start to breast feeding due to lack of support. I have been left with incredibly damaged nipples and have had to put baby on the bottle for the weekend to try and salvage my nipples. The pain was excruciating and leaving me in tears every feed!
I am now trying to express as much as I can but am worried my milk supply has already reduced.
Can anyone help with how I can increase my supply again?
