Newborn coughing

My baby girl is now 18 days old. Yesterday i noticed her coughing a little a few times, mostly when gulping on her bottle. Today its got more noticable. It doesnt seem to be annoying her and doesnt make her distressed. She doesnt have a fever or any other symptoms. Its also not continuous but has happened enough today to be noticable.
Shes sleeping fine, feeding as normal and settling ok. Just wondering if i should ring out of hours GP though to be on the safe side? Has anyone else experienced this with their newborn?
TIA.

If you're worried then ring the out of hours GP. I'm no health professional but my little man had this 2 weeks ago (8 weeks old) and was coughing for a good week and then it went by itself a day before I was due to take him to the GP. Because of his cough he was spluttering on the milk in his bottle quite a bit. He had no other symptoms, no vomiting, crying, fever or drowsiness. He was still his usual self, but like I said, if you're really worried have her checked over (just checked the date and I'm guessing all is okay now aha) x

Ring out of hours and get seen this evening. 18 days old is too little to be messing about with coughs. Little babies often don’t get temperatures when they are ill btw

Ps definitely get seen this evening. It’s probably nothing - acid reflux or something but very little babies can get ill very very quickly and no doctor will ever mind seeing a baby under a month old for any reason
