Waterbabies

So my 3m old starts his waterbabies course this week. I’ve only gone and got my period. I don’t want him to miss his first class as he has never been in the water before and hates having baths as it is. Hubby is working and I have no family nearby who could take him. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Can you use a tampon?

I’ve never done before but may have to give it a go!

If he hates baths, why take him swimming, at 3 months?

To increase his confidence around water. I had heard from a friend that her baby was the same until he started classes and now her baby loves bathtime. Hopefully same will apply to my little one.

You'll love it! So will baby. Our DS started at 8 weeks but I'm afraid I can't offer any period advice as mine still haven't come back 6 months later.

Be warned that you do dunk them fully under water in the first session!

My DD hated baths at we started her at 3 months too. She’ll be 2 next month and she absolutely loves it & bath time is her fave now!.......also, ditto to tampon
