Trying to figure out what is the most preferred option for a new born expected in May - do they sleep being swaddled, in grobag or under cellular blanket ? Thank you!

We use a grobag and can’t fault it! Keeps our boy nice and secure and can sleep easier knowing he can’t wriggle under anything! On one occasion when our bedroom was hot we just put a blanket on him but by the next feed he had managed to wriggle down to the corner of the cot and nearly under the blanket. You can get different togs depending on how hot your room is and you can adjust what clothes they wear underneath it there is a guide that comes with it. We put a thermometer in the room a couple weeks before he was due to work out roughly the average temperature. I’m sure swaddling would be the next best option but not sure if they manage to wriggle free etc? The grobag also have more poppers on them 2 on each side of the neck whereas most of the other brands only have one popper each side so if for some reason it popped open you would have the risk of them slipping under etc. Hope this helps Smile
