Hi guys.
My son was born prematurely and with a 98% tongue tie. He found it hard to drink from the breast so I have been expressing for the last 6 weeks. I have tried to put him on the breast every day to keep him used to it but he still finds the bottle much easier.
Now that he is up to what would have been full term, his tongue tie is fixed and he’s a decent weight I would like to get him fully back on the breast.
Has anyone else expressed before switching to the Bobbie? Any tips x

Have you maybe thought about trying nipple shields? My baby daughter had a terrible latch when she was born so I had to exclusively pump for her for a few months - then we got onto nipple shields and they were a gods send!
Eventually after six months my little one actually stopped using them, and we've been breastfeeding naturally for nearly four months. Smile
