He has rough dry patches of his cheeks, chin, back, knees and on the sides of his tummy? The is also some discoloration and redness? Help. Should i take him to s doctor it won't go away?

Ask to see the practice nurse it could be excema. Aveeno is good for dry skin and they do a baby bath too.

Sounds like excema. See the nurse, my DD gets this slightly and we are proscribed some great cream. She always gets worse this time of year going from cold weather to central heated houses, the central heat dries out the air and her skin cracks because of it.
