Formula on the move

Hello! My newborn is formula fed. We are recovered from the birth now and ready so start going out and about. What is the best way to make formula on the move? Google seems to point towards a flask of boiling water, and the formula powder in a sterilised container, and carry already sterilised bottles with you. Is this the best way?

If so any flask recommendations? Thanks!

For going out and about I always took the little bottles/cartons. A little more expensive but so so much easier

I'm optimistically planning on going out regularly when on mat leave so would rather use a cheaper option if it is feasible, but if not then I will do this.

I just had a regular thermos flask of boiling water, sterilised bottles and pre-measures pots of powder.

My DD is 12 weeks and so far I mostly use the pre made cartons even though they are expensive. But it depends where I'm going and for how long.
If I'm going to someone's house or somewhere for not too long then I will bring a ready made chilled formula bottle made up from powder (I make them in advance)
But if I am going out for quite a while with no access to refrigeration then I will use ready made cartons. My DD sometimes suffers constipation when only on powdered formula so HV advised we add in some ready made cartons a couple times a week anyway
