Bella1895 Yeah I'm the same I'm like I should be getting the house sorted as it gets to me but I need to learn how to relax and just enjoy every moment with my baby. Your 100% right when you said about looking back on the maternity days cleaning the house. I know how your feeling I am always saying to my other half we need to buy a sleep training book and that I need to start getting him to nap in his cot and on the bad night I say I shouldnt of let him Co sleep with us but i have learnt if it's what he need right now to be happy and relaxed enough to go back to sleep then I shall do it and I will fix any problems these has caused when he is bigger cos he is still a baby and I think he will always be in my eyes 😂 hannahJH I have added someone who I think is you so I can get into the Facebook chat here is hoping it is you. X

@cracha2412 I tried to find you but the only NC I could find with a similar profile pic - lots of white balls? I couldn't add as a friend 😂 I think I might have to take the hint and stay on MN

Upyourdaisy · 04/05/2017 10:12

I'm ok thanks cracha2412 😙 how are you?

Upyourdaisy · 04/05/2017 10:15

Thanks Mejse will he not be allowed in a walker because of his foot? Sorry if I'm wrong, your lo had to have casts on his legs/feet didn't he? How's he getting on?

duxb · 04/05/2017 11:28

Hi. I think I've added the correct HH on fb too. My initials are AL and profile photo is b&w of me and ruby.

Please can you add me to the fb group?

Mejse · 04/05/2017 18:54

daisy yeah he has clubfoot on one foot. He ended up having 5 weeks of casts and they went so well that he didn't need the operation that some babies get. Then he went on to wearing a brace 23hours a day. Only about 3 more weeks and he can have it off during the day. If been told no jumpers or walkers because they can encourage him to stand on his tiptoes and that could make him relapse. I think he would love it though! During his hour free time I stand him up and bounce him on my lap and he giggles so much

TinyTickler · 05/05/2017 07:12

Hi all! Nice topped people back although I've finally requested to join the Facebook group!

Having been excellent sleeper previously we've been in the throes of sleep regression for about 5 weeks. Just awful!

Bella1985 · 05/05/2017 11:00

Oh god 5 weeks tiny?! We're 2 weeks in and it's killing me! He's napping like a sweet little angel in my arms now...why won't he do this in his cot at night?!

I bet you can't wait mejse to get the brace off during the day...giggles galore then! Although he'll probably be bouncing on your lap 22hours a day and your arms will be suffering of exhaustion! Glad to hear things are going well with him.

Upyourdaisy · 05/05/2017 14:12

R doesn't really sleep during the day. She dozes when having a bottle but isn't actually sleeping because she's still sucking. The other today after waking at 7am she managed to get by on 1 nap which was less than an hour around 1pm until she went to bed about 8pm.
She does sleep well at night though, usually only waking once or not at all. I've never checked when 'leaps' are supposed to happen as I'd go mad counting down the days til it's supposed to stop!

Bless him mejse sounds like he's doing fantastically well!

Christmasbaby16 · 08/05/2017 18:05

I was just about to say hi on this group as I joined when we found out we were expecting and due December. DS decided he wanted to be born early so I don't know whether I should have gone to a November group Blush

Nice to hear everybody is doing well.

Has anybody started weaning?

Bella1985 · 08/05/2017 21:21

Hi christmas! Haven't started weaning yet, DS came at the end of Dec so only just turned 4 months.

Why don't you follow both threads - nov and dec? I don't think there's a rule against it! I followed dec antenatal and a late dec-early jan one as the early december crew were so far ahead it felt like years before I came round to having my appointments etc! Some in the nov thread have probs started weaning and then you can come back here and be our wise owl for when we start the process! Smile

Testyisanicerword · 09/05/2017 21:19

Hi Christmas. Join both, some here have started weaning and there are some early babies too.

Who do you have

HannahJH · 10/05/2017 12:54

Christmas baby 16 there are quite a few Nov babies on our group and even some before that! Xx

cracha2412 · 11/05/2017 22:43

@upyourdaisy
Glad you are okay Hun we are good thanks! Evelyn has 2 teeth now haha! Crazy, how is Romany??
My actual name is channing haha Natalie is my middle name! Xx

Upyourdaisy · 12/05/2017 17:28

Oh my god has she???? Bless, that was quick. Usually after the first appears the rest follow in quick succession. Glad you're both well! X

Upyourdaisy · 13/05/2017 16:59

23 weeks today and FINALLY she's rolled from back to front Grin

Bella1985 · 14/05/2017 02:48

Yay well done! 19 weeks and 5 days here and no rolling yet....

sunshine8 · 14/05/2017 16:49

@hannahjh Iv just added you on Facebook as would like to join the group after reading this thread. My pic is me in sunglasses with my Baby who has daisies in her hair!
Could you add me to the group? Thank you!

OrianaBanana · 14/05/2017 17:27

DD is 21 weeks and shows absolutely no interest in rolling anywhere, nor is she sitting - which I'm quite glad about because I can't be bothered with all the baby proofing - DS is about to be 6 so I've forgotten how to cope with a nosey baby. If she's anything like DS she will be pretty much the last baby to do anything (including getting teeth).

About to order pizza mmmm Smile

Bella1985 · 14/05/2017 20:51

Oriana I love your logic! I'm starting to get a bit anxious about the whole baby proofing thing - our house is not baby friendly at all! I think I'm going to buy a big travel cot (DH calls it a baby cage!) and keep DS in there until he's 12 and safe!! Blush

KitKat1985 · 25/05/2017 20:47

DD is really starting to make attempts to pull herself forward when on her tummy. I can see she really wants to crawl! Shock

Not really sitting yet though.

How are you ladies all doing?

Upyourdaisy · 26/05/2017 09:28

How have you and your family been kitkat? Wow, very clever 😀
R is now rolling all over the place and is bringing her knees up in some sort of army crawl. Dd3 was walking at 9 months and with dd4 already 6 months old it's scary to think she could potentially do it too!! Weather here is lovely but R isn't too keen on it.
