Hi all,
has anyone has tried postnatal yoga- the type you bring your baby to? I haven't had my baby yet but interested to know if it's worth a go.
The idea of it is sweet but I'm wondering if it might be a bit of a gimmick (I'm all up for baby bonding but also really keen to get a level of strength and fitness back once baby is born)...
In the meantime I'm going to get on the pregnancy yoga and Pilates, I walk a fair bit but haven't really done any muscular exercise in bloody ages- feeling like a bit of a weak jelly!
