Jupiter that sounds nasty glad you got seen. agree with pass never mess with eyes.

pass what a shite few days you have had sorry to hear you and P have been ill. Hope you are both feeling better x

Passmethecrisps · 01/02/2015 09:15

Good job you got seen jupiter. Having had various ulcers and eczema on my eyes I am a bit tense about them. I hope the abs work quickly.

Not quite sure what has happened in passacres recently. We are normally very healthy but we have been pretty under the weather in the last few weeks. Thankfully no sick last night. It feels like weeks since I had an uninterrupted working week

P did sit for a whole film yesterday all cuddled in with grampa. It was beauty and the beast and at the very end when belle and the transformed beast kiss p pipes up "that like my mummy and daddy!" Good to know that she sees us as Disney chiselled, massive eyed snoggers!

Pikz · 01/02/2015 13:47

Jupiter glad you've been seen

GG course sounds exciting!

Pass hope your all better soon. We also have had 2 weeks of on and off illness. It's pants.

Holiday in one week. Praise the Lord I need it. Father still in hospital and not good

Hey quiche! Pass hope the illness has gone - poor P vomming like that. Fab news on the weight Eliza! Pikz ((hugs)) and yay for holiday countdown!! Jupiter glad the eye seems to be improving! Everyone else hi!! BP poor F - interesting about identifying emotions though, S has started to tell me how he feels too - sad, scared, etc.

Busy time here - DD's 4th birthday y'day and party today, so lots of visitors and things going on. Snuggled now watching Frozen. Been on a massive health kick and feeling good, although cheat night tonight and am going to have a dominoes so can't wait for that! Happy Sunday everyone Wine

Elizadoesdolittle · 01/02/2015 17:05

We're watching beauty and the beast at the moment! Had a very busy weekend and had no TV so am treating them to a film. They are watching it on the tablet though so DD1 forwards it when she gets bored so likely to watch it in half an hour!

jj glad you got your eye looked at. hope it clears up.

pikz yay for holiday. You deserve it.

Elizadoesdolittle · 01/02/2015 17:08

Happy birthday for yesterday to your DD zamboni. We are just back from a frozen themed birthday party.

Passmethecrisps · 01/02/2015 20:25

Happy birthday zambonidd!!

Today p and I made gingerbread men. Given the lurgification of our house it is probably safest that we eat them all ourselves!

We also said cheerio to granny and gampa. It was lovely to see them. P announced that they were her best friends.

TheRealGracePoole · 02/02/2015 17:36

lily I just ordered two if those Cd sets one for DNS for his birthday and o e for DS 1 to out by for hus birthday. Thanks for the tip. Smile

BigPigLittlePig · 02/02/2015 23:02

F did 4 wees in her potty today. We also bought her a step so she can reach the sink to wash her hands. She has taken this step to bed, folks.

StuntNun · 03/02/2015 08:24

Eek I am hosting a party for mummies with toddlers in less than two hours. Must panic tidy and remove any marbles from the reach of tiny fingers (J is mad keen on marbles at the moment and they end up everywhere). At least the buns are already made.

TheRealGracePoole · 03/02/2015 09:47

< jumps in car and screeches up to stunt's>

Zamboni · 03/02/2015 11:06

Good luck Stunt!

Well done F! S is also fond of the inanimate object to bed to cuddle routine- S has taken the loft hook/stick, the stairs fromDD's doll's house, a piece of wood that came loose from the wooden thing on the floor in a doorway, Each Peach Pear Plum to cuddle, a surplus pair of PJs, as well as "much" dummies and Rabbit.

StuntNun · 03/02/2015 14:08

Phew, just over two hours of tea, buns and toddler antics. There was a minimum of squabbling and crying so definitely a success. I have no idea how many people came but it must have been at least ten plus up to three kids each, all mummies or childminders from my mums and tots group.

GwenaelleLaGourmande · 03/02/2015 14:50

Another 5000 words written for my course.

Still have the big dissertation to do. Agh.

TheRealGracePoole · 03/02/2015 18:04

Go gg that is good going.

O collects up strange things to carry about and take to bed too. Most recently it has been the wheel off a tractor and he can be heard shouting " my wheel, my wheel" if it is forgotten.

Elizadoesdolittle · 03/02/2015 21:24

stunt That is a lot of kids! well done.

DD1 takes random things to bed too. Latest thing is an old small leather bag of mine. She also has to have an upsy daisy doll and a teddy. E hasn't started yet but I'm sure she will in good time. At the moment she has to sleep with a rabbit comforter and a soft igglepiggle so quite normal things.

I keep wondering if A has reflux. He occasionally does a choking thing and I can hear he is swallowing milk. He occasionally sicks up milk but it's only small amounts and he sometimes seems uncomfortable especially in the evenings. DH says this is all normal newborn behaviour but I've sort of forgotten what normal behaviour is. He does sound bit rattly iand mucusy but I think he has a cold. I might go dairy free to see if that changes anything but I can't bear the thought of having tea or coffee without milk! I wish there was an easy test to work out these things.

TheRealGracePoole · 04/02/2015 08:09

Remember the three week hell eliza. When everything was plodding along and then suddenly the evenings can be terrible. I don't know why. You are about there aren't you, just a bit over? Every single one of my DCs had the three week hell.

Elizadoesdolittle · 04/02/2015 09:09

Hmm yes grace he was 3 weeks yesterday.

Ou est la quiche?

Disclaimer: That probably doesn't make sense. My french is appalling.

TheRealGracePoole · 05/02/2015 10:20

Ici

GwenaelleLaGourmande · 05/02/2015 10:43

Ici.

And that was correct eliza :)

Elizadoesdolittle · 05/02/2015 11:08

Oh good.

I was supposed to be going to bluewater today to get some new boots which I desperately need and some new clothes. In laws were going to come to entertain E in various toy shops whilst I hopefully shopped in peace. Unfortunately they have just called to say they both have upset stomach's so not up to going out. I'm contemplating still going but I know it will be a disaster. remembers previous trip to bluewater and shudders. Perhaps if I strap them in the double buggy I can at least get boots if nothing else. Or just treat it as an afternoon out. It's too cold and miserable for any out door activities. Roll on spring.

TheRealGracePoole · 05/02/2015 11:19

Getting out and about would be an outing. Just go for it and strap them in!

TheRealGracePoole · 05/02/2015 11:22

I am, taking the kids for an outing to the health food shop this afternoon to get some spelt flour. "Spelt flour?" i hear you all cry. Yes my firiends, spelt flour. What fun.

It's somehting different.

Now. What's for lunch ladies?
