fructose on the surface it does sound over the top. I assume you would Know if your child was looking like they needed to cut down what they are eating. I suppose though we are all very quick to cristicise HVs etc when they don't notice there is something wrong and so maybe they can sometimes err on the side of caution. IME the more support and guidance we can get the better, I have had 4 children but still things take me by suprise or someone throws a curved ball. Try to take it with an open mind.

We are in the throws of a major storm here, the wind really is whistling about the house and I couldn't light the fire in the playroom this afternoon as it whipped down the chimney. I have spent the afternoon on re the stove prepping some of the stuff for the weekend. Wheaten bread, the chicken and chorizo casserole as well as all the regular stuff. Tomorrow afternoon is baking, lemon drizzle cake and shortbread (to go with the lemon sylabub I thank you pikz I think it was who said sylabub and someone else said something lemony. There you have it. A dessert!
