Yes, I know she doesn't care now. It's in 15 years when she is looking at pictures I'm worried about

Being the third child when I got older and asked questions about my babyhood and asked to see pictures I realised that far more details were remembered and pictures were taken of my older siblings, and then of my younger one, than me.

Wake up 1. We disturb him when we come to bed. He looks gorgeous and Scrummy but these night time cuddles need to stop.

YellowWellies · 26/10/2014 23:22

Wanda, Wanda they're replaying series 1 of The Fall now on BBC2 before (drumroll please!!!!!) series 2 starts. Whoop whoop! Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

GTbaby · 27/10/2014 03:34

Fuck sake. Like he knows I'm going to sleep train him. Like he is showing me how bad he can really be. Just go the fuck to sleep

Wandathewindfairy · 27/10/2014 06:42

Oh brilliant. I have been thinking about it this week yw

Hope you got some sleep everyone.

O was up at 5:50 today so we are sat watching Me Too while the rest of the house snoozes. I a, contemplating getting the pumpkin soup for lunch made before everyone else gets up.

I had that complete feeling again yesterday as my four children rolled In The grass in the field, did colouring together and then cuddled up infront of the tv to watch H2O after a massive dinner with all of us round the table.

I am trying to subliminally suggest to DH that we go away for the weekend for Os birthday this year as next year he will be Aware of it and we won't get away with it.

Elizadoesdolittle · 27/10/2014 08:39

pr I'll get DH's photo shop skills to good use! There are less photos of E when she was born then of DD1. Not loads less but I'd say there are less photos of her in general as a lot of E tend to have DD1 in too. Must try to make sure DC3 isn't totally left out the picture.

yw I saw that last night too. I still have season 1 on my planner to watch. Must do that!

Off to natural history museum and afternoon tea this afternoon. My friend owns a restaurant nr there and she's normally closed on Mondays but she's going to open just for us.

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2014 09:05

I'm having one of those days when I had a long to do list and I am almost done with it already. Love those days. Just got to bake a cake and some biscuits for this afternoon's playdate. DH has taken DD1 out for the morning. I will make this afternoons's cake as a b'day cake for LO.

Tomorrow's nursery party cakes will be packet mix jobs so will be easily done tomorrow morning. Am not providing party bags, they are two/three max so sod that tradition.

I might actually get some study done today. Yay!

GTbaby · 27/10/2014 09:42

How did A wake up at 6am when he was awake from 1-4.30! He was bright and chirpy with little sleepConfusedfml

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2014 11:53

I am allowing my ex shrink into my home today for the first time. We have always done playdates at her home or out on walks or at the pool. The only times the kid has come here it has been with the dad. Eek.

StuntNun · 27/10/2014 17:08

How did it go PR?

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2014 17:48

Really well actually. It was a mental block to get past and it is done :)

Kyz · 27/10/2014 20:21

Evening all - hope everyone had a good weekend :) I went to mums for Sunday dinner, nothing beats mums sunday dinner and I must've put on about a stone eating that one meal, I ate as much as I could possibly fit in! Clock change went ok here but e isn't well - he seems fine in himself mostly but I took him to the doctors this morning as last night he didn't settle till well after midnight, he had a temp and came out in a rash. The doctor said it's just something viral, keep him dosed up on PCM and take him back if he doesn't get any better or gets worse. He's gone to sleep now and i've kept on top of the PCM and he's eating and drinking so FC it's just something mild!

Bless you lily no wonder you felt drained, how are you feeling now? big hugs to you both

how is the new hair msJ? you should share a pic on fb :)

Hope you have a good time with the girls Wanda :)

pikz hope he gets better soon!

glad you all had such a good time pass :)

good luck with the sleep training gt! Doesn't sound like you're having much fun or sleep atm so hope it improves soon!

breakfast on the beach definitely kicks ass pr happy belated birthday to LO :) and happy birthday to any others i've missed!

isles7 · 27/10/2014 21:55

Big hugs lily, just utterly heartbreaking Sad

Wanda I smiled when I read your post about having your wonderful children all together again. Enjoy! Smile

Rubbish few days here. My gran was admitted to hospital on Thursday with a clot on her lung and they've since found she has issues with her liver. I don't know if she's going to get to go home Sad.

On a slightly lighter note though, is this dress too slutty for the work xmas party?!

Elizadoesdolittle · 27/10/2014 22:04

isles sorry to hear about your gran. love the dress, not the least bit slutty.

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2014 22:23

isles that dress is lovely. And sorry to hear your news.

GTbaby · 27/10/2014 23:11

Sry to hear about your gran isles.

Fh and I slept in spare room. A still woke at 11. Need to work out what sleep training route to go Confused he just wants to be held

YellowWellies · 28/10/2014 02:37

Lil sounds like a squeaky dog toy - she's totally lost her newborn cry. Reflux has inflamed her larynx Sad the doc has prescribed ranitidine - and so it begins! She's only in the bednest but I hope I hear her faint squeaks tonight.

Oh and she produced an EPIC poonami whilst at OOH. Covering me and her. Stay classy! Blush

Isles sorry to hear about your Nan Thanks

Lily311 · 28/10/2014 05:28

Morning,

I think we are the winners of the clock change, little miss is still asleep (she usually wakes at around 6, here it's nearly 6.30). She was utterly exhausted yesterday, the Poland trip is just coming out on her.

I feel better, thanks for asking, it was bound to be hard and I am glad I go through these emotions, they really help me to see things clearly. I have an assignment due on Thursday so need to concentrate on that.

isles sorry about your nan. I love the dress but I could never pull it off with my love handles.

gt can we have a recent photo of your two pls? They must look so similar!

Zamboni · 28/10/2014 05:58

Pretty dress isles. Sorry about your nan.

Yy to a recent pic of GTs boys.

I think we are stuck with early starts for a while. Bloody clock change Smile

Good luck getting the assignment done Lily.

fruitpastilles · 28/10/2014 06:11

S seems to be getting up earlier and earlier 4:30 this morning, she hasn't got up that early for months!

kyz hope E feels a bit better today.

Sorry to hear about your gran isles

pr glad the play date went well.

Poor L yw hope the ranitidine gets to work quickly.

My lovely cousins long awaited for baby is due today, can't wait to have another baby in the family. Her brothers wife is due in 4 weeks too!

S has dropped her nap, I'm surprised as she can sleep for a good 3 hours sometimes so I don't get how she can all of a sudden cut it out completely - well she can't, she's a right old misery guts in the afternoons now.

She's currently attempting to sing happy birthday nanny (my mums 50th was on Thursday and she had been practising) she does make me smile. Smile

GTbaby · 28/10/2014 06:41

Fruit h also learn to sing happy birthday to you. The cutest

fruitpastilles · 28/10/2014 08:34

Ahh did he gt was that for A's birthday? It's so sweet.

Elizadoesdolittle · 28/10/2014 09:14

E woke at 8:30am. Her day trip to London obviously took it out of her. Shame I pretty much got what feels like zero sleep. Hartburn and restless legs were the main cause. This baby moves about like nothing I've known. It pretty much parties from 7pm till I get back. That doesn't bode well!

Going to be a nice sunny autumnal day here today so off to a country park with fab play park and woodlands. Looks like rain will set in for the next couple of days so need to take advantage of it whilst we can.

Elizadoesdolittle · 28/10/2014 09:16

Till I get back? I meant till I get up!

E sings happy birthday as well. Or I should say she sings happy to you very loudly! I remember DD1 used to do the same. Is very sweet.

PetiteRaleuse · 28/10/2014 11:38

Soft play hell this morning with my shrink and the two lovebirds (dd1 and her ds1). Look at me becoming sociable!
