Hope everyone finds this and I haven't doubled up!

I've got really bad back pain and ds is spinning on his zebra crying. No idea why!

awww Bless Is A in a proper bed now Beasty?

Stacks we must be right amongst it at the moment then. I don't think her being tired helps as she constantly seems to be.

H does choose her own clothes they just don't stay on very long. I think she maybe like your DD Beasty she does change her clothes alot during the day. WL i have no problem with her being naked i just don't want her naked in Asda haha. Today i have decided to give myself an extra hour to try and convince her to get her dressed.

PurplePidjin · 26/08/2014 16:18

r can nearly jump! his left leg trails a bit but the action and intention are all there Grin

Barbeasty · 26/08/2014 19:13

Fantastic Pidj

Yes Hales, we've turned the cot bed into a bed. DH is threatening to put the side back on "and he can stay there until he's 30!". It isn't going well. But I think he's either ill or teething.

Hales would H respond to stickers at all? If she keeps her clothes on in Asda she gets a sticker and can take them off when you get home sort of thing?

Barbeasty · 26/08/2014 20:39

Thump.

Fall from bed number 1....

ddas · 26/08/2014 20:50

Oh no. We've only just moved ds who has just turned 3 into a bed so dd going to be in her cot for a lot longer lol

MrsNutella · 27/08/2014 07:30

DS isn't 20 months yet.... Perhaps tantrums won't start just yet.....
Although I find if we let him watch tv he tantrums about everything so it's very rarely on. He maybe gets one episode of Pingu or pocoyo in a morning or afternoon. Otherwise the whole day is hard!

And I won't be taking the side off of his bed anytime soon.... Maybe next year? Grin
We haven't figured out what to do with DS and high chair yet. He usually wants to sit on DH or I to eat.

But things seem to be settling down a little bit day by day.

halestone · 27/08/2014 10:52

Nutella, i'm glad things are settling down abit. I would imagine it takes a while gettinsg use to.

Beasty, did A only fall out of bed once of so thats progressGrin

H went to sleep at 1:30 this morning, i am knackered.

PurplePidjin · 27/08/2014 12:01

R still only really tantrums when he's tired and he's half way to 22 months now.

Barbeasty · 27/08/2014 13:14

If he fell out again then I slept through it!

Glad things are getting easier Nutella.

I've woken up with a horrid cold. Just what I need.

ddas · 27/08/2014 21:48

nutella maybe get a booster seat to put on normal chair so he feels he's at table with you?

Ds was the same with tv (and still is!!). We have to limit it to not much as it seems to make his behaviour worse.

WLmum · 27/08/2014 23:05

T sits on me for every meal (if I'm there). I figure it's not a fight I want to have right now - I'd rather have her quiet and eating than screaming and not. I expect it will work itself out.
nutella glad things are settling down. Take each day as it comes and before you know it your new born will be a toddler!

WLmum · 27/08/2014 23:07

I've been nominated for the ice bucket challenge - tbh I think I'm going to blow it off. I've already donated and honestly I'm a bit bored of watching all the videos on fb. Does that make a misery pants?

halestone · 27/08/2014 23:47

WL, I did it the other day and so did DP, my sister, DSD and best friend, we had a laugh. I do think its each to their own though plus it was really cold.

H is a nightmare eating she tends to still eat a couple of mouthfuls then stops eating.

SpottyTeacakes · 28/08/2014 06:56

I'm fed up of it WL I wouldn't do it. I'm even more fed up that people keep donating to Macmillan instead of MND (dp's grandad died of it last year).

MrsNutella · 28/08/2014 07:50

I'm with Spotty on this one. If I am nominated Im happy to make a donation to MND but I really am too lazy to throw ice water over my head.

I have enjoyed watching people's videos though and I appreciate the awareness it is bringing.

DD. Is still doing some pretty amazing sleeping. FX she continues this way!! Smile

utopian99 · 28/08/2014 07:53

I'd donate wl - I'm sure that makes me a miserable old woman but I don't like bandwagons..

we have so far been lucky with O and chairs - we have the stokke one though which is more like just a high version of a more 'grownup' chair these days as we've taken the front rail off a couple of months ago.
No plans to remove the side of his cot yet though - it's his preferred trampoline handle at the moment! Jumping on any given spot like a mad thing is definitely 'in' right now.

Crazily he's still asleep! Woke at 6.15 as per, came for a cuddle with us while he had his milk and has been asleep ever since. This never happens..

WLmum · 28/08/2014 08:06

Right that's it then, I've already donated so I'll stick the confirmation up for my nominator to see. Really don't fancy it tonight after work, especially as 3am shenanigans seem to be getting worse - over an hour last night. Going to play hard tonight and put a stop to it. It's just not sustainable going to work on 4 hours sleep.
utopian we have the stokke chairs too - it's been great for all 3 if mine but T will still only sit on it if I'm not there. The fact that she can safely get up and down to please herself is great.

MrsNutella · 28/08/2014 08:41

We have a stokke hair too. I've been trying to convince DH that we could have one each Smile there are plenty of older second hand ones around for a fairly decent price.
We've just taken the seat rail and back off for DS. Don't know why we didn't do it earlier. He seems happier and we're hoping the climbing around the dinner table, over us and the chairs will be a phase Confused. Although he was better last night.

MrsNutella · 28/08/2014 08:48

Yes stokke hair. The little known accompanying hair cut.... Hmm

MrsNutella · 28/08/2014 10:01

Yay DD is almost 4 kilos. So I can stop worrying about when/how often/ how long she feeds.
Reallllly happy & just needed to share Smile

halestone · 28/08/2014 10:39

Well done baby Nut and to you NutellaGrin

Spotty, i agree with the Mcmillian thing, they wouldn't be pleased if the MNDA used their coffee mornings to raise money. People donating to whatever charities they wish is obviously fine but the Mcmillian people have been quite underhand in their handling of this i think.

Utopian yay to getting a decent sleep Grin

WL oh no there is nothing worse than bad sleeps. I hope tonight is easier for you.

utopian99 · 28/08/2014 10:51

Yay! Also Grin for the stokke haircut..

WLmum · 28/08/2014 13:36

Great news nutella

SpottyTeacakes · 28/08/2014 16:56

Dd's been given a diagnosis of asthma and montelukast tablets. Dr didn't explain them to me luckily dr google has helped Hmm

WLmum · 28/08/2014 19:44

Never heard of those spotty are they instead of an inhaler?
