How do I join one of these groups?

I would like to, I have a young DD and DS , but it seems like everyone are already friends, is it okay to start posting on the threads or should I just introduce myself here and wait for an invite?

just join in on any thread AvaLou! Or start your own thread. Have never been on the post natal ones but have a look at the topic list and pick a recent thread that you are interested in and go for it!!

Avalou, I think often the post natal threads phase out after babies get bit older, many of the mums 'graduated' from the due in threads and talk for a bit once the babies are born and reach certain milestones etc. If I was you I would be less concerned with joining a postnatal group and just join in general, I have seen some of your posts and think you are fitting in well

Maybe it's best to just do as I have been and flit around the site rather than joining in on one specific thread.
