DS was born 23.06 and I need some other new mummies to obsess about every strange noise with!!

Hello! My DD was born on 3rd June. Is this your first baby? This is my second but still wouldn't claim to know what I'm doing!
She's just spent all evening fussing and moaning when she usually sleeps only to eventually projectile vomit cheesy milk all over me!...which explained the fussiness. Now she seems almost settled again after refilling her tum. Hope this lot stays down.
