MM Nope Maria et al will be in Kirkcaldy as Willow has her paed / reflux appt at the Victoria. Fancy a cuppa later this week? If I need a property law expert I'll give T a shout but it seems pretty straightforward i.e. they're being dicks and don't have a leg to stand on Grin and I'm pretty sure threats of small claims court should do the trick.

MissMummy1 · 01/07/2013 22:36

Ahh fx'd for you! We are in Aberdeen Weds - Sun but will defs meet up next week, quiche meet or not!!

Sophiathesnowfairy · 01/07/2013 22:37

What?

That is absolutely bloody ridiculous.

What if you were?

Or if some one was?

Thatis just ridiculous.

Kyzordz · 01/07/2013 22:42

That sounds like a pretty good plan mm, was gonna ask how your dp was, hope he finds out about the scan soon!

fatima post whenever you need to, hope you get some sleep tonight and m's tooth comes through and stops giving her gip!

bplp how very norty of you! you cannot be saying the gay! :o what will we do on a sweary weds if we cannot swear. we will be foooked. And have to get creative with our swearywords!

Elizadoesdolittle · 01/07/2013 22:43

bplp You are joking? That is hilarious.

mm That's a very sensible view to take. We've decided to abandon our potential house move too until DD1 is settled into school. It was a tough decision as I really want a bigger garden/better laid out house but at the end of the day it makes sense to stay here for a year, save and not have to worry too much about the new house being in the catchment area for the school we want as ours is. You don't need the added stress in your life at the moment. I really hope the scan comes through quickly. It's horrible playing the waiting game.

TheDetective · 01/07/2013 22:45

That's how rumors start Sophia hehe.

Sorry. I'm being childish. Blush

I thought we were well off the radar Grin. Damnit!

Still looking for a fucking oven.

What does THIS mean?!

Size H59.5, W59, D57cm.
To fit aperture size H59 - 59, W56, D55cm.

Confused
Elizadoesdolittle · 01/07/2013 22:47

But had somebody reported your post bplp? I struggle to see how out of the many posts on mumsnet that actually are offensive and not dealt with, that yours got picked out. Weird.

FatimaLovesBread · 01/07/2013 22:54

Someone must have reported it, they wouldn't just stumble upon it. Maybe it's that MNetter that slagged us off in AIBU?

Thanks kyz

I am very tired tonight so hopefully I'll sleep well. M's friend is coming to play so me and his mum can drink tea and moan so my day's not totally boring tomorrow.

Scares me how fast time is going at the moment, seems only a couple of hours ago that I was laid in bed last night.

YellowWellies · 01/07/2013 22:59

BP you're actually shitting me??!!!? Shock Shock Shock

And good luck to F for tomo. It proves how much she loves you - if there was a cat there I'm not convinced J would notice I wasn't there (my boobs maybe!!).

Happy birthday R!

MM enjoy your graduation weekend! Good luck with the scan am sure he'll be fine xxxx

TheDetective · 01/07/2013 23:10

Nytol taken. Now O, do not wake the fuck up PLEASE!

He had calpol and ibuprofen at bedtime. This seems to be the best combo for him at these times of teeth.

If I had more £ to spend, I'd try an amber teething anklet.

But I just paid £211 on DP's credit card for a new oven.

It will be here wednesday, and knobhead is getting nowhere near it. I shall wire it in myself, and install it.

Yes, I generally leave DIY to him, but I can do it better Grin. He's not wrecking this one. GRRRRR.

LuisGarcia · 01/07/2013 23:10

Who slagged us off in AIBU?

TheDetective · 01/07/2013 23:11

The

Second

Coming

I have that name etched on my brain. An elephant never forgets.

Grin
LuisGarcia · 01/07/2013 23:25

Recently?

TheDetective · 01/07/2013 23:27

Oooh, erm, about 3 months ago perhaps?

izzybizzybuzzybees · 01/07/2013 23:29

Just got J to take 5oz of a bottle with 4oz neocate to 3oz EBM. Progress my dears! That's a 57% neocate concentration.

He isn't in bed yet but that's besides the point!

Long fun day out was had and I am hoping for a better night, put it this way it cannot possibly be worse than last night!

Haggisy peeps, what's the shiz for tomorrow?? That's lingo a la pass I'll have you know!

ValiumQueen · 01/07/2013 23:52

Not caught up but was intrigued by BP having a post deleted. I must admit I noticed when you said it, and winced, but I did not report it. We have to be so PC. Shame all the Christian bashing is allowed to go on unchallenged.

daisychain76 · 01/07/2013 23:52

Sorry, not caught up today, but have a wwyd. l used a sling with H a lot when he was tiny but haven?t done so cor ages due to c section scar hurting and then him not wanting to go on my front. l really want to get back into it and have borrowed a woven wrap but l am rubbish at learning how to use things like that. l need to be shown about 10 times. Can?t get to the nearest sling meets. The lady who runs it will come to my house and help BUT she is charging 40 an hour!!! Dh thinks this is extoetionate. l have no idea what a ?going rate? would be. What do you think??

GTbaby · 01/07/2013 23:54

Daisy can you watch you tube videos? To practise yourself.

daisychain76 · 01/07/2013 23:59

I have tried Gt but l just can?t get it. l. am useleess at practical stuff Sad. This woman helped me get H in a moby when he came out of nicu for free (she used us as a casestudy for an exam). Before that l?d never been able to use them. It just seems so expensive.

GTbaby · 02/07/2013 00:07

What! A post deleted!?!? Wtf has happened.

Luis you missed the great battle of "something- I can think of no witty comment" ! Basically to summarise we had an ironic thread title referring to babies sleeping thro the night. Ironic as initially it was sarcastic but through the rage some nov12 mums admitted that actually their babies DID sleep through the night.

An AIBU thread "stupid things ive read on MN" type thing referred to us and how adorably silly we were to expect 4month old babies to sleep thro the night.

Is that the jist????

Oh it's during this reference we got classed as a quiche. And as it was a non quiche member who classes us as a quiche I think it makes it more official.
Of the ham and cheese variety (this bit we decided ourselves) although now with so many no dairy no egg members we should find an alternative food reference.

Oh crap. I'm back to writing rambling posts.

izzybizzybuzzybees · 02/07/2013 00:08

Hmmmm I'm even more curious as to what bplp said now!

I'm in bed now and James is too eventually. Hope he sleeps for at least two hours as i need sleep now! Fingers crossed!

We went to Krispy kreme on way back from our trip today, DH bought a dozen and they are sitting looking at me... Damn dairy free diet!

GTbaby · 02/07/2013 00:11

Argh. Im reading backwards. Your writing posts about a deleted post. Isn't that illegal or something? Or is it threads about threads.
Naughty BP.

LuisGarcia · 02/07/2013 00:17

How did I miss this goldmine? I can't find it, has anyone got a link handy?

LuisGarcia · 02/07/2013 02:40

just me tonight? that would be good if true
