Hi all, loving reading about everyone's good days.

I've had a fab day too. Went to London with both DD's, DH and a friend. We had brunch in my favourite restaurant which a family friend runs, then I went to the V & A museum with my friend whilst DH took the children to the science museum. Both DD's were really well behaved. Just waiting for DH to finish tidying the kitchen and then we are going to watch a film. Has been such a lovely weekend. We are off to see iron man tomorrow so looking forward to that. I luv a bit of Robert Downey Jr!

izzy I love Ibiza. Very jealous.

chasing and bplp I've read this age is a bit of a clingy faze too. E certainly is clingy of late. DD1 never was so its all a bit new to me!

Can't remember what else I was going to say but DH is done so off to watch Ted.

BigPigLittlePig · 05/05/2013 21:15

Det I swear in her head she's screaming "mummy I just want x" whilst I work my way through a, b and c.

ChasingDaisy · 05/05/2013 21:18

Pig great minds indeed Grin I have just googled '5 month separation anxiety' and sent some links to SIL Grin

Luis while I am not glad that your knees are still hurty, I am very pleased that you are prioritising said knees Smile I am no saint, trust me. I did a great turn at sarcasm and flouncing yesterday.

Please don't feel you have to keep up in order to post. The thread has been very quiet at 3am of late. I shall expect to see you then.

PurplePidjin · 05/05/2013 21:53

Luis are you hiding from me on wwf because I'm winning? I should be searchable on my username now I've got it on my phone btw, if anyone fancies a game?

YellowWellies · 05/05/2013 21:53

I've just nommed one square of Montezuma's Papua New Guinean dark chocolate (dairy and soy free!!!!) I can't remember if it has dairy traces and set the bear off screaming last time I ate it. One of their 'dairy free' bars did but cant remember which. The label only warns that its made in a factory that uses dairy regularly. I like my sleep too much to risk more just yet. I know its posh choc but man I'd prefer a Mars bar. Envy

MissMummy1 · 05/05/2013 21:53

Glad you've had lovely days yw and chasing

Yummy food porn stunt !

Hello luis Grin

Are you feeling better clarella ? Sorry np advice re your friend.

Matilda is broken. Her good sleeping was evidently short lived. Bollocks. Luckily DP is off until Thursday...

I have horrible period pains. Or at least that's what I think it is. All crampy and horrible. Sad My mum asked me if I was pregnant Shock . After a sudden panic I realised there is absolutely no possible way. Still after my sickness bug this week, snappy mood and period cramps I am close to POAS. ignores fact you need to have sex to get pregnant and therefore my paranoia is totally unfounded Blush

Evilwater · 05/05/2013 22:05

Great news!!!
n said mama!!!!!!!!
Grin Grin Grin

Nothing else to report,
Evil

fruitpastilles · 05/05/2013 22:13

chasing and bp I have had the exact same thing today, we had a game of pass the baby and when S got fed up totally pissed off my auntie said I spoil her and that's why she cries when other people hold her. It done my head in, just because my cousins all palm their kids off with their mums all the time, I for one didn't have a child so I can palm her off on others.
Other than that I have had a lovely day and my cousin who is over from Canada couldn't believe how big S has got and S totally charmed her and was all smiley and chatty Smile

Kyzordz · 05/05/2013 22:20

That's lovely evil!

You've all done about 6 pages. I did not keep up :(

Might have to fuck off for a bit and leave you all to it, feel so rude barely having time to read anything. Am starting or at least attempting to weaning again tomorrow. FC it isn't met with tantrums (given his nomming of random chunks of fruit I am tentatively hopeful!) with sticks of veg and fruit am I aiming for steamed to soft so easy to bite (scary) or so hard/virtually raw so he can only get a flavour? Glad he liked papaya vq do you think it's too much of a texture for a first taste? Too strong? Never had it you see!

Hope you all sleep ok izzy I donate you my sleeping dust tonight, hope it works!

Izzybuzzybuzzybees · 05/05/2013 22:24

Don't go kyz even if you just read and post occasionally I think its nice to have us hear and know that if your having a hard day someone somewhere isnt doing so great either most probably me

Oh and thank you for the dust...I will need it! and will be following everyone around collecting any dust that is dropped!!

LuisGarcia · 05/05/2013 22:25

BigPig "I got 155 points against my mum on wwf."

That's awesome. If I had a hat I would take it off.

Izzybuzzybuzzybees · 05/05/2013 22:25

*here not hear!!

ValiumQueen · 05/05/2013 22:29

You can have my dust too Izzy x

Kyz it is a fairly mild taste, and has a bit of texture to it. I am not a fan, but he liked it. Compared to his yuck formula it must taste like chocolate. He had solids for a week at around 23 weeks, and is now 27 weeks so he is older and has a bit of experience. I did mash it ferociously. I liked it as it involved no cooking Grin I say give it a go!

YellowWellies · 05/05/2013 22:30

MM NOOOOOOO that's not fair Shock poor you. Are you still eating wheat? If you think it is an intolerance then I'd try cutting it if you're desperate for sleep. Now we're past growth spurts we seem to be back to 10+ hours and Jonas and the rest of us! is much happier when well rested. But then I'd do anything for sleep and a non screechy baby but I know for others food is more important than sleep so it really depends on what works best for you. Glad DP is around to help. And go POAS.

Fruit I don't have a Mum around to take wee one but I totally agree I don't want him being cared for by anyone else just yet - we're still enjoying getting to know each other. An hour and a bit being cared for by DH whilst I do yoga is long snuff!!! Daft I know - fingers crossed by the time the in laws come up in June I'll be happy to leave him long enough so DH and I can go out for dinner Smile

Izzybuzzybuzzybees · 05/05/2013 22:30

Thank you vq :)

ValiumQueen · 06/05/2013 02:52

Well I hope it is working Izzy! Grin First waking 1.30 and only just settled him. Had 9 oz in two sittings and been pretty upset. Cold has a lot to do with it. I am now making a fucking bottle for the next waking as he drank the two I had made up. At times like this I so miss BF. I actually put him on the breast as he was inconsolable. There would just be drops now. Just hope it does not make his tummy bad. A rubber teat just does not do comfort like a boob and shushing does not help at all.

ChasingDaisy · 06/05/2013 03:00

Hi VQ

Bad night here. O is very very windy and is only managing two hours.

Luis you around?
