urgh I have to be up at 445 Shock

Vagolajahooli · 18/05/2013 21:35

Haha DB after I read your post we saw someone waving a german flag coloured duster at Eurovision. We are all snuggled up together on the couch watching it, but ds2 is fast asleep, we lost him about 40 mins ago. Dh is on the belgium beer & I'm on the ol' kir Royal.

Peed myself at your wee in Ronda Beans. You really should write comedy.

JamInMyWellies · 19/05/2013 00:34

Just got back from a fabulous friends wedding but ladies OMG and I don't use that lightly. We arrived I dashed to the toilet came back to sit down for the ceremony to find DH was sitting in a row beside an ex boyfriend and previous friends with benefits Blush Blush not atall awkward!

ShadyLadyT · 19/05/2013 01:08

You lot really make me laugh with your dusters and wees Grin I had the judges eating out of my hand and the Le Bon wasn't the model one but the next one down. All good.

Jam, that's a sticky situation! Gulp!

Decaff and reading before I sleep. Rubes, that's an early start...

Rubena · 19/05/2013 05:24

Too bloody early Lady.... I'm out the door in a sec. Didn't actually know it was daylight at 445 now, and didn't need to Smile
Glad you killed em at the swishy do.

Jam, how SmileSmile! Did dh know? Or does he now?!

Vagolajahooli · 19/05/2013 12:55

Jam soooooo hilarious, I hope you looked smashing and he was wishing he could still have those benefits.

Excellent Lady, sure were entertaining the judges with witty banter.

Lovely warm day here really wanting to crash out here all afternoon in our garden but the boys want to go to the beach.

Vagolajahooli · 19/05/2013 16:26

Rubes why you up so early? There better be money involved?

Rubena · 19/05/2013 19:38

New York Vag. But it hasn't been the greatest day. Heard its sunny back there. Needing Winenow

beans37 · 20/05/2013 08:29

Are you ok, Rubes?
I'm eating a cook from frozen croissant from Waitrose. Deeeelicious!

Asparagui · 20/05/2013 09:07

Yes, what's up Rubes? Is all alright?

Jam and Veggie - I love you for posting accolades for DS' name on FB. So sweet of you!

What day is it that your hormones traditionally go haywire after birth??? This morning I keep crying because DS is growing up so fast (erm, he is 6 days old). I have decided to have a duvet day as we had visitors ALL weekend, literally 10am-7pm both days. I thought I was up to it but today I am exhausted and coldly (despite the fact the kind little DS woke only once between 10pm and 7am. Thank God the nanny is here for another two weeks, DH is back at work :-(

JamInMyWellies · 20/05/2013 09:37

Duvet it up Asparagui.

Beans I love those frozen croissants have you tried the pain au choc just as delish.

Rubes you ok chick?

So tired who knew a wedding could be so exhausting but so much fun to hang out with all the old crowd. I know there were a couple of ex bedfellows there but we all had a blast reminiscing (not just about our awful sleeping with each other). You cant beat a crowd of friends who with 6 degrees of separation have practically all slept with each other. Blush So great to know that 10+ years later we can all get together and its like we have never been apart. New York really was the best of times for us all. I miss it sooo much. Especially when its back to the humdrum of daily boringiness today.

Anyway off to the gym walk the dog be a taxi driver for the boys.

Asparagui · 20/05/2013 10:05

That wedding sounds so much fun Jam. Did your Dh catch on that the guys had been friends with favours? Did he mind? I hope your day does not feel too flat after all that. When is your 12 week scan.

I am downloading photos of DS. I have taken 247 in three days Blush. Seriously everyone, have more babies, they are so scrummy.

JamInMyWellies · 20/05/2013 10:08

DH knew, it was all a long time ago when we were young and single.

Still another 2 wks to go until the scan, its killing me as I still dont feel preg apart from the rapidly expanding tummy. I am trying not to be a basket case but so scared the scan will show no heartbeat and I will have to go through all that again.

247 photos sounds a perfectly reasonable amount to take over 6 days. Grin

McKayz · 20/05/2013 10:27

I am feeling broody reading about your little DS Asparagui

beans37 · 20/05/2013 11:17

Jam, can you get an early scan? I felt exactly the same way with this one, particularly as I lost one v v v early on in dec and was worried there would be no heartbeat with this one too.

Arti, I was a wreck from about day 4-20 with DD2. Found it really hard. Worst day was 8 days after she was born... I remember it well because it was one of my worst birthdays ever! Spent the day bawling!

And yes, Jam, I have had the chocolate croissants too, of course! Yummers. Honestly, I could eat them all day.

Asparagui · 20/05/2013 15:01

DS has a teeny tiny bogey in his teeny tiny nostril and I have just spent half an hour trying to tease it out. Ahhhhh, happy days.

Not long to go before 12 weeks Jam. Although you are patient not having an early scan, I had one for each pregnancy.

beans37 · 20/05/2013 18:18

PS I didn't have the early scan for this one in the end.

Feel like I might sink soon. So much to do and I can't see how I can get it done. A lot of travel involved too. Eek!

beans37 · 20/05/2013 19:05

In fact, think I'm overdoing things a bit!

JamInMyWellies · 20/05/2013 19:33

What you doing and where are you going Beans? I will take your travel for you if you want. Smile

beans37 · 20/05/2013 20:25
