Ah goods tuff! I just got an email, and though of you right away!

I officially hate Edinburgh! Bloody hilly wet and windy place! By the time I got from the station to DHs work I looked like the jungle woman of Borneo and a red as an embarrassed tomato! Needless to say we got a taxi to the hospital from there! Only got to do it twice more this week

We get the 'milka milka mama sit down' the minute I walk in the door. And wandering hands. Argh!

How's the patch test looking so far Fizz?

I understand what you mean UBW I feel quite tied too even though I do work and other stuff but what I really want to do is get back to yoga or Pilates and it's time rather than money...

I'm getting very frustrated with a client who can't remember what font they used! Anyone super good at identifying fonts by sight?

And I'm feeling conflicted about TTC, not TTC, not preventing, bothering to shag.... Which you guys didn't really need to know but it's going round and round my head so I though I'd put it out there.

Ant really see anything there's a ruddy great plaster thingy over is all. They said it could take 72 hours for a reaction to occur, so it's a waiting game. 41 dots on his wee back :( but he was so good. The nurse said he was the best behaved child of his age she had had.

Very very windy here. Farmer has had to take one of the old trees out the back down after a limb fell off it. What a racket they made with chainsaws!

Off to bed, work in the morning!

Do marketing guys have super special don't recognising powers and/or training?!

Ooooh ummmm

April 2011 - nearly 2, it's still all about you
April 2011 - terrible twos coming up fast, not to worry cos they won't last!
April 2011 - we know what we want, and we want it now, parents tell us to calm down but we don't yet know how

Maybe include something about some of us doing all again (madness) Wink

Not the 2nd one, you'll jinx them.

F was much better today. He refused to eat the dinner provided, but at least sat at the table and ate cheese while we ate. Which is progress.

I wrote a huge post earlier but it looks like mn ate it.

Short version: I want to get back into horse riding, don't know where around here. Need a proper expensive hair cut first (not related, but one thing per weekend, I reckon).

DH can pay for both but there's also the guilt of missing F's precious weekend time with us.

Aargh!

Sorry I can't help, Frak.

Considered that but officially there's only 1 out and 1 on the way, no? And the 1 on the way is still v early stages. Maybe I'm being oversensitive about that....

Frak - I think number 3, just shorter; We know what we want and we want it now!

(esp if it's a tv remote, iPhone or iPad!!)

Frak - assuming it's not a digital copy of the font you have? just checking, as you can try highlighting it and seeing if the computer recognises it?
If it's a paper copy, there are pages of example text in various fonts, slow going but you should be able find it.
Although, one page I looked at mentioned 'over 70,000' Shock so that could take some time...
Can you describe it/take a photo of a bit and we can all try and identify it?

I'm a lurker rather than a regular though. Still keeping an eye on you lot every so often!

Hello JRG, many congratulations Smile

The deciding wether to TTC or not is a nightmare isn't frak. we were like that with ds3. In the end we got bored of going round in circles and just decided to go for it. Our mantra's were: there is never a right time and what would we regret more? Having another, or not having another?

The first new thread title made me lol - the brackets have to stay in the title.

I am on a couple of committe's, in 2 book groups and I have a couple of cinema buddies. They keep me busy and allow me to use my brain in a way I don't as a SAHM. DH and I make sure we keep Fri, Sat and Sunday nights free for us two, but Mon - Thurs nights are a free for all. Dh is actually very insistent about me going out in the evenings and having interests out of the home. this week I am out four nights - which I will probably regret by the end of the week! I am going to watch Lincoln tonight.

Good luck with the couch to 5k fizz, I done it last year. I need to start it again really .......

Well I think TTC decision has been sort of made for me. I collapsed teaching a class today, was whisked to hospital (suspected appendicitis or ectopic) and have been told I have exhaustion. I don't have exhaustion, I have a toddler Hmm

Anyway I have to go to have a squillion blood tests and a scan because the ouch which made the suspect appendicitis may be ovarian cysts flaring up so I have to see a gynae and given that ectopic was high on the list because we're not exactly not TTC I've been told to stop that too.

It's the font in the logo here

Congratulations JRG! That's lots of babies now!

Frak - take it easy if you can, good luck with all the tests.

Re thread title, I agree with ILike if you keep the brackets in, lol Grin

Had a start at looking at the font, first thought was Palatino, but not so sure now, so still working on it. Got orchestra tonight though so may not get far.

Oh Frak :( you need to take take care of yourself.

I've had a look through a could of websites at sans serif fonts (which that one is) but I can't see that exact one, there are a few similar, but not exactly the same. I'll keep trawling for you. What kind of client are they, could they have had it designed exclusively??
