4 weeks post partum with DD2
Diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation)

  1. Those of you who have this, do you wear the tubi-grip support they give you all the time, and to bed? Is it best to hold it in tight in bed? Or only for day time?
  1. What exercises do you find help, or have helped you?
  1. At what stage did you see positive changes/recovery?

I am 4 weeks post-partum, my first DD is only 20months so they didn't fully repair then. I carry babies very all up front and am slim so my muscles have separated, my belly button sinks when I lay down and my core and back feel weak. I'm only turned 23 in May :(

Would appreciate your replies :)
