4 weeks post partum with DD2
Diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation)
- Those of you who have this, do you wear the tubi-grip support they give you all the time, and to bed? Is it best to hold it in tight in bed? Or only for day time?
- What exercises do you find help, or have helped you?
- At what stage did you see positive changes/recovery?
I am 4 weeks post-partum, my first DD is only 20months so they didn't fully repair then. I carry babies very all up front and am slim so my muscles have separated, my belly button sinks when I lay down and my core and back feel weak. I'm only turned 23 in May :(
