Buggy Snuggles? You can find them cheaper online if you google.
Good to hear that they are still being reassuring about J, but you are still bound to worry, especially just at the moment. Remember I/we are always here if you need support - please don't hesiate to e/pmail me if you ever need someone just to listen.
Picnic sounds lovely. I have been loving the spring sunshine. Braved the bus into town for the first time in twelve months this morning (I have a phobia about it
).
Spent a staggering £17.00 on cards for various people!
Worst thing was the bus fare though, it had gone up from 75p to a staggering £1.80 for a single ticket!
Stupid new bus service has leather seats and free wifi - but honestly, we live in a village that's mainly populated by the elderly. What we really need is more wheelchair and buggy space, now that I would happily pay for. Couldn't face the bus back - got really stressed worrying that there wouldn't be room for the buggy to stay up and dd was asleep. Dh rescued us at lunch time, bless his little cotton socks.
On a more positive note, I got some lovely clothes for dd from Mini Mode - 25% off. Managed to get three long sleeved tops, two pairs of leggings and two dresses, all of which mix and match for £22.00.
I am apparently also the best Mum in the world, because I bought ds1 a Nintendo magazine with a 3D cover - which had all the boys in his year crowding round him in the playground at hometime
and ds2 a stained glass window colouring book (he loves doing those).
Am completely knackered now, but have to prepare for ds1's IEP review tomorrow morning. Found out today that the head of the CLD Inclusion Team is attending - she wasn't this time last week, so I'm wondering if my complaint letter about the bullying might be at the root of it.
