Dalesgirl here...Baby boy born 18th July, very speedy delivery (90mins) birthed kneeling up and with no pain relief (not my choice and NOT recommended). Problem is that I feel as though I have been kicked around the park, aching body- especially my joints (hips, knees, wrists, ankles) and I generally feel unwell. I can't remember how I felt with my first boy, it was 4 years ago and I am impatient to feel good and start exercising. At present I am hobbling around like an old woman and feel as old. How are you all really doing as you all sound so jolly on your threads!

Some days - if i overdo things i feel generally flu - like and achey as if i am coming down with something - but after a nights sleep i am back to normal - do you have other children Dalesgirl???

Sorry - just realised you have another boy - i have two other boys - 7 and 4.
I am desperate to start excercising but every time i go for as much as a brisk walk it takes me days to recover.
We have a big trampoline in our garden, which i am looking forward to using but every time i get on it - i dont feel "able" IYKWIM!!!
