oops - sorry to hear that you are all poorly. I am sure that your GP wouldn't mind if you took her straight to the surgery or A&E with out waiting for the call back.

DD fell on her head a few weeks ago and the local GP saw us straight away at the surgery, and was very kind, even though we aren't registered there, didn't have an appointment, and DD was fine by this stage anyway. We felt very lucky.

QOD glad that you and Seb are enjoying some time together before the new siestasibling arrives! T and I had a month of swimming while I was pregnant, which I still remember as he really loved.

fancy a coffee TS or have you gone back to sleep?

morning all, back from our first p&t group with 2DCs and it was a v successful morning. DS now having a nap, DD (still feels funny to write that!) about to wake up so thought i'd take this rare opportunity to see what you're all up to

oops really hope you've managed to see someone about dd2 by now

re searchable etc... i really like being able to read our old posts..its my only record of DS's achievements for example Blush I keep meaning to do a proper search and write them in his still very empty baby book BlushBlush
so my vote is stay where we are

crisp your afternoon sounds lovely, hope you have fun

oh and vg, thank you, you're far too kind my dear!

oopsandbabycoconuts · 22/09/2010 12:43

oops so sorry to hear DD2 is so very poorly Sad. Is it croup or some other infection do you know? Fingers crossed you are let home as soon as possible. {{{{hugs}}}} and healing vibes to you all Smile

Well done on getting you all to toddler group Tweakers. No mean feat!

Had a lovely day at the zoo. My friend was ill so just me and the girls. And although i didn't relish the thought of it we had a lovely time and watched the animal display on the lawn which we have always missed before.

DD1 currently eating her roast lamb beautifully, and DD1 stropping about it Hmm. She will miss out though as DD2 has nicked all the gravy and i didn't stop her. Naughty Mummy Grin

Oh, yes, so sorry LOTI i missed your interview news Blush. All the VERY best. You will blow them away Smile Grin

at swotty fecker. Twas noisette of lamb bunged in the oven for 15 mins, cold new potatoes (cooked yesterday - oddly DDs seem to prefer them like this Hmm), cold sweetcorn (ditto on preference), broccoli and fond de veau gravy (posh gravy granules LOL)

Please note - i choose to believe that they prefer cold pots and cold sweetcorn. I may be just lazy using it as an excuse though Grin

hope all is well oops..

crispy my girls eat all their food cold, tis very trying Hmm

dd2 keeps taking all her clothes off including her nappy but refuses to go on the potty Hmm

off to do some swotting for tom ekkk

oopsandbabycoconuts · 22/09/2010 19:18

Thanks everyone we are finally home. Crispy - yes it is croup but GP has never seen it in a baby so young. We were wizzed by ambulance as DD2 needed oxygen as her levels were only 77 even after 2 nebulisers. We have spent the day in bed weaning her off the oxygen and once she was off they gave her steriods and watched her for a few hours and we were allowed home.

oopsandbabycoconuts · 22/09/2010 19:19

Will catch up later once girls are in bed. DD1 napped with the ILs from 2-4 Shock

tweakers · 22/09/2010 19:49

must have been so scary oops, really pleased you're all home now

CrispyTheCrisp · 22/09/2010 20:07

So, so glad you are home oops, you must have been petrified (again) Sad. I think we were lucky with DD2 catching hers early on holiday and she was given steroids straight away

LOTI we have had a wee on DD2's socks, one on the potty and one on the bedroom floor HmmGrin

For our Aug08 democratic vote, can people C&P and we will just go with the majority? Does that sound fair? Confused

Although Tweaks wouldn't have know when to expect her DD if we didn't do a search for her period!

CrispyTheCrisp · 22/09/2010 21:49

No we'd be ok. TS has a spreadsheet Wink

oopsandbabycoconuts · 22/09/2010 21:58

Night all, sleep well.

dizzydixies · 22/09/2010 21:58

I'll be a not bothered, just take me with you wherever you go please Smile

am BEYOND tired - they all slept through for the first time last night but due to drunken arse of a husband I had feck all sleep Angry He may only go out about twice a year but I swear I could have killed him last night. A busy morning with financial advisor who has advised us we are doomed and have then heard that the farm shop will be closed within 3 wks and have been asked twice in the last two days when the baby is due

a new day please!!

Oops - how horrible for you all - poor wee pudding Sad hope all ok now

LOTI - best of luck tomorrow darling

Spring & longway - thank you Smile

I'm so sorry all I seem to do is come on and bleat on at the moment Blush

TwilightSurfer · 22/09/2010 22:03

Ya'll are going to LOVE my story about tonight!

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 22/09/2010 22:08

Oh no, what a crappola day dizz Sad. I fear actually killing your husband may not help matters though Grin

dizzydixies · 22/09/2010 22:15

I would do it in such a manner that it appeared an accident and put him in his uniform in the car and shove it down the road towards work - he's worth more money to me dead at his work!!
