Will incremental rises up AFC pay bands be frozen? Or is the pay freeze just related to the inflationary increase?

AFC pay rises will still go ahead, thank God.

That's a relief, I'm due an increment in July

Is there a way of finding out what the pay freeze means across the board? DH is a police officer and I wondered if pay freezes in general affect only inflationary increases and the incrementals are untouched across the sector?

DH is already working an average 60hr week, being paid for 37 of those hours and I'm idly wondering if a rise in unemployment and perhaps a rise in crime means he'll be working more hours, on less money in the end because of inflation.

It's already a struggle to make ends meet.
