Drugs companies boycott Greece

The saddest consequence yet of Greece's irresponsible debt binge. I can see both sides but feel absolutely awful for the people of Greece stuck without crucial medicines.

In the UK, we need to make sure we slash public spending, precisely so this sort of calamity can never ever happen here.

Sound money must come above all else. A short-term increase in public sector unemployment is a price worth paying.

I think the Danish drugs companies will soon change track and seek to make amends. Not a very clever policy. I think this could lead to the Greek public boycotting Danish goods after which the Danish government will tell the drug companies to reinstate the supply.
