What is the weather like in your neck of the woods, and how many people do you think have voted?

drizzly here - but steady stream of voters both in the station and walking to and away from it.

There is a counter on FB, where people can click to say they have voted - I have been surprised at how quickly the number is going up!

It is sunny here (Hampshire). Haven't been to vote yet but we're off shortly.

Turnout in our ward is normally very good, I really hope it will be today. We are in a marginal, although it would need a 3.5% swing to Labour for them to win it, which isn't likely.

On the news last night the national pollsters were talking about a 70-75% turnout which would be great.

mixture of sunshine and v. threatening clouds. we were the only ones at 8am which is somewhat sad (was hoping for massive queues) but I'm sure it will pick up.

It is raining in Newcastle. Don't know about the turn-out.

It's raining. It'll be crap today, weatherwise. I'm not voting until dd gets back from school as I promised to take her with me so she can see how it works.

Tories will win here no matter what. At least, that's what people all seem to think - the incumbent is standing down so I think there's all to play for - the LibDems do have a chance, but a very slim one. Labour have given up here before they even started, silly sods.
