Ok where exactly do I find out which constituency I am in? And what are wards, relevent to this? I am trying to work out who I will vote for and getting nowhere. Thanks (I know I'm being thick before anyone flames me).

Actually scrub this, I'm in South West Hertfordshire and it's held by the Conservatives (thank you wikipedia).

Gah as this is seemingly a Conservative stronghold, will my vote even count? Lib Dems were second in 2005, but by 16.9% (obviously quite a large amount). I do wish electoral reform would happen, then people like me wouldn't just think whats the fecking point.

I know what you mean about an individual vote having little impact - we are in Mid Bedfordshire which has been Conservative since 1931 and I imagine will stay the same for at least the next 70 years...

Just looked at PILs constituency and their MP has a majority of 332. Much more interesting.

I hold great hope of finally seeing the back of Gillain Merron (Lab, Lincoln), as we only need a 6.2% swing to dump her.

We only need a 10% swing to dump vast swathes of other usless lying incompetent Labour ministers too.

We have a conservative MP, I think he will get in again. he had a majority of over 5000.
