This is not an anti NHS thread. I live in central London and suspect my experience of the NHS is not really typical of the rest of the country. Lots of frustrations, shortcomings etc but also some truly fantastic care. very hit and miss. one of the biggest frustrations is our GP surgery - it's next to impossible to see the same GP regularly; and the concept of "my GP" really doesn't exist. i'd be interested in other mums thoughts.
