NATO Pay to Play Trumps new policy

I keep bringing this up but America now seeks to completely control NATO unless certain funding criteria is met.

This spells the end of NATO and the current president of NATO in my opinion needs to accept that we either go it alone without America, expel the US from it or simply watch countries leave the alliance because it is simply not fit for purpose.

The idea that only those that contribute 5 percent can make decisions undermines the existence of NATO. Denmark being a good example, the Americans could annex NATO and only those that contribute 5 percent would be able to invoke a defence.

Mark Rutter, has lost all credibility and is fast losing support with his constant defense of American policy.

It's not up to him alone!!

It's not clear to me whether Trump actually wants to control NATO, or, a more sinister theory, he's working on behalf of Putin to destroy it.

He wants to destroy it, he was considering it even during his first term

He doesn't know what he is saying half the time though. Just need to wait until his presidency is finished and they get a half competent replacement.
