Who might the Democrats field for Presidential Election 2028? Will they win?

Just wondering about this. I don't see anyone obvious emerging yet, do you? Shouldn't the Democrats be out there with their likely candidate(s) NOW, in opposition to Trump and the Republicans. Maybe it's too early yet. But I think it's getting late!

What do you think? Is anyone obvious to you...

Hillary Clinton is now 78, so by the time the election comes around she will be 80. I'm in my sixties myself so I'm not being ageist, but there really should be a maximum age limit for candidates I think. The previous and present incumbents are not very well. The former due to cognitive impairment, the latter due to pure madness, and probably Alzheimers like his father.

I know a person of any age can become ill, but statistically, older people are more prone to cognitive degeneration, and possibly physical aswell.

I like HC, but the ship has sailed I think.

I liked Hillary and think she got royally screwed over, but I think that ship has sailed. She's too old and there's too much dirty laundry with the Epstein stuff, even if Bill isn't really implicated.

Right. After Trump being derided for senility, there will be a revulsion against an elderly candidate.
