Shouldn’t be surprised but it’s still disgusting behaviour. Do his base just not see this?
I don’t know how it goes down with America first types.
A US president attacking an American journalist for asking a reasonable question.

Sickening.

Trump reduces Jamal Khashoggi murder to ‘Things happen’.

Nesbi · 18/11/2025 21:46

Trump is a man who needs to believe that everyone is just as venal and depraved as him, that people who appear to be honest, kind, generous, fair are all just putting on a front to hide their rotten core.

When he meets people who are quite clearly awful human beings he revels in it - he sees himself reflected and it lets him feel validated.

Unbelievably disgusting. With Trump shrugging off the murder with "Things happen," I suggested people say that the next time someone takes a shot at him.

Honestly, life is better when you stop caring

Because what the hell 🥺

But what you're saying tacitly implies ignorance. I don't like ignorance.

I'm struggling with the way in which America conducts itself. This and now Venezuela, talks about drugs but truth is it's about the worlds largest oil reserves.

Trump is the west's worst nightmare, it's destabilising the entire world with a brand of politics that should worry everyone.

The biggest threat to us all right now is what's happening to our planet. From antibiotics being sprayed on crops in the US to mass extinction event on the horizon for our natural world.

Yet we have the leader of the free world going to war with countries that can't defend themselves.

In my opinion, yes, the world is cruel and depressing - especially right now - but personally I think it's important to be informed and fight it in any way you can, which might mean joining a protest, working to help a politician you admire, donating to a good cause...
