I can’t stand him, but at the same time find myself warming to him in a bumbling old comedian way, the way he’s talking through each country on his megaboard? He’s hilarious!!

And he contradicts himself as usual - in one breath saying European Union, they’re really tough traders, it’s pathetic really, they put tariffs on so we’re hitting them with 20%, and then next he says Vietnam, they’re such lovely people, really great negotiators, I really like them, they charge us 90% so we’re having to charge 47%.

I just can’t believe his fanbase still think he’s competent.

His fans will be lapping this up. USA!

I guess people voted for him must love this type of behaviour - it’s like his style attracts them more than the substance of what he says. He’s really showing the limitations of democracy, how there should be controls in place to limit the power of any individual to dismantle systems that have worked for both parties for decades.

Yes, he's hilarious ... but it's a very bitter sort of hilarity if you have to live with it.
