Elon Musk Isn’t Trolling Britain. He’s Doing Something Much Worse.

Since last summer, when the Labour Party won a landslide majority, ending 14 years of Conservative government, Mr. Musk has accused Britain of going "full Stalin," being a tyrannical police state" and sliding toward and "inevitable" civil war...
He accused senior government figures of covering up sexual abuse committed by grooming gangs and asked his followers whether “America should liberate the people of Britain” from their government.
Some might shrug this off as mere provocation, yet Mr. Musk’s interest in Britain goes beyond trolling. Not only is he clearly engaged with the country’s politics — he is a vociferous champion of the anti-immigration party Reform U.K. — but his fixation is also part of an emerging narrative on the American right that paints Britain as a boogeyman. Most important, it amounts to an aggressive pursuit of his own political agenda, extending his influence overseas. Mr. Musk’s obsession with Britain is really an obsession with his own power.

Britain. Germany. America. X users. Reform UK. Donald Trump. He is King Troll. The best thing that can happen is that he gets good help and goes back to doing what he's good at.

Unfortunately I think he'll end up declaring himself Venus, Queen of Mars, impregnating multiple surrogates in a Waco type compound before dying from drug misuse or in a multuple shoot out.

I think that they are ramping up the demonisation of Elon Musk as an excuse to bring in more hate speech and censorship laws curtailing free speech.
I don't think that he would reach the bar of being a Nazi although he supports right wing popularism.
4 years ago Musk voted Biden and supported the Democrats and was the darling of the Left.
Australia brought in more hate speech laws today to make it 'unlawful to say anything considered hateful'... among protected groups including gender.

This is happening more and more accross the West and villifying Musk is the weapon.

I'm going to disagree. Calling it "trolling" diminishes it, makes Musk sound playful or just tauntingly annoying.
