It's illegal in Germany, Austria and other parts of Europe. Not in the USA or UK.

I often visit a local antiques fair where one of the regular stallholders has his table draped with a swastika flag and various bits and bobs of Nazi 'memorabilia' (plus other WW2 stuff). It makes me feel sick every time I walk past but apparently he's perfectly within his rights to display it all.

Look, we'll miss our rights when they're gone; those who want to be blind, stay blind. It is terrifying. Fascism escalated when countries were in economic decline and and here are everyday people minimising a nazi salute by a man who wields a lot of power in the US government and throughout the world.
