About the policy or the ad itself?

The ad is deliberately harking back to the style of ‘golden age of train travel’ vintage posters. It’s evoking the nostalgia of ‘good old British Rail’. Whether British Rail performance is something we want to return to is up for debate. I’m not saying the privatised train companies are any better, but that what’s the ad is trying to do.

I remember British rail 🙄

I think the ad is a complete and utter waste of (our) money - it’s not as though we’ll have a choice, once they’ve re-nationalised the railways.

I love it. I love the nostalgia and I love the policy. I do remember British Rail. It was far from perfect but I've had far worse experiences on the train, for more money, since privatisation.

Not so keen on the poster or the name, but love the policy. I think privatisation has now been proven not to work for monopolies, including the railways, and the sooner we move to a European-type model with properly funded, publicly owned railways run for the public good and not shareholder profits the better!
