She seems pleased as punch by the GE result. Might alienate her MP colleagues (if indeed they can be alienated further from her than they already are). Does she not realise that there is zero general appetite for her divisive, aggressive approach to politics, or that Farage would eat her chickens if she lets him in the hen house. Can't see her winning a leadership contest because it would be the beginning and end of the Tory campaign in 2029. Interested to know what others think?

She's having a very public and undignified spat with Kemi Badenoch today. Fighting over the scraps.

Badenoch having a spat! Never.

Either of them, for that matter! 🤣

That's Badenoch out the running then. She has such a poor temperament. How to win friends and influence people: tell them they are idiots in shadow cabinet...

It's starting to look like the final two will be Jenrick and Patel, with Patel getting there by virtue of knowing when to keep her mouth shut. And Jenrick because there must be two and Victoria Atkins isn't a serious candidate. The only person who likes the cut of Tom Tugginghard's jib is Tuggers himself, so that ain't happening either.

I bet it isn't. She doesn't seem very self reflective and clearly blames others for everything so I can imagine she thinks she's the only one who can save the party.
