Surely the UK public deserve more than this? Why on earth are we all just sitting waiting for the next public school idiot to ‘have a bash’?

Yes this is extremely damaging from a global point of view.

The only thing to do is to riot. Nothing else will change anything.

Or just wait for the next election when kier and the cavelry will save us all.

I think Rishi will at least look the part, Boris will be a leap backwards.
DH is very fond of his private pension, and so wants Rishi in.

I came looking for a thread along these lines. I'm listening to people talking on he news and seeing views on here and cannot believe what I am hearing.
It is so far removed from my own thoughts. Why are folk so keen to forgive and forget? Why is there such apathy?
I'm in Scotland in one of the safest Tory seats but I didn't vote for them. I knew my vote was basically wasted but hey ho. I often write to my mp letting my views be known but usually get a standard reply that has probably been drafted for him in Westminster.
I truly believe the Tories are laughing at ordinary people and only care about themselves.
The country is in an absolutely terrible mess and folk really believe that Boris will get us out of it. Have I missed something? He is one of the main reasons we are in such a state.
I've not been one for Scottish independence but this Westminster Government are definitely making me change my mind on that.
