Newspapers seem to think so. Is this a foregone conclusion? I thought the results were tomorrow- has it been leaked or does Rishi Sunak have no chance?

Well I’m a Tory member and no one has polled me. In the London hustings last Wednesday Rishi seemed to be the winner. So I’m waiting to see. The announcement is 12:30 Monday but all the votes are in.

I find it interesting that they haven’t announced the number of potential voters.

I resigned my membership as a protest when Rishi increased taxes because it was a very un-Conservative policy!

Sunak seems far more capable - if we have to have one or the other, but seeing articles like this is what makes me wonder whether there has been a leak.
Truss just doesn't seem to have a clue about anything. It's frightening.
