The law applies to Members of Parliament, including the Prime Minister. Mr Johnson made and/or was aware of the lock down rules. Mr Johnson hosted and/or attended a number of events during the period in which the lock down rules were in force. A number of these events were clearly a breach of lock down rules. Non ducor, duco. I find it very difficult to believe that Mr Johnson does not know what a party is or when he is at one, particularly his own birthday party.
