I guess I'm thinking about government spending decisions, mostly.
At what point will govt stop spending £50bln/day on (whatever govt priority). Will covid spending just be an abberation period?
How will govt ever return to old spending rules, using QALYs, cost-benefit analysis, etc.?
Will Johnson just smile & wave as nurses have no pay rises in real terms for rest of his premiership?
And how soon will we be able to return to thinking that "a cold is just a cold" rather than a legal requirement to self isolate?
