Of course you can. It is supposed to be of people who were present overnight so it's fine to fill it in now.

Yes you definitely can. You might get chased up by the census people (they go round knocking on doors of whoever hasn’t done it, because it’s a legal requirement) but if you can say you’ve just posted it you’ll be fine. You can also fill it in online.
